Promotion;
Employees are promoted to a higher position based on the following conditions and the recommendation of their immediate supervisor:

  • Done Icon Approval of the Unit/Branch Manager,
  • Done Icon Availability of a vacant position at the higher rank,
  • Done Icon Success in the current position,
  • Done Icon Completion of the minimum waiting period specified for the current position.

Performance Evaluation
To encourage employees to improve and progress, a competency-based Performance Evaluation System is applied twice a year.
